Vegetables in Summer

1.Amaranth leaves

Amaranth leaves are a good nutrient in hot season like summer in tropical countries like India.Other names Amaranth leaves  are Chinese spinach, cow pea leaves.Amaranth leave that soothes respiratory troubles, is high in Vitamins A, B6, and C.


2. Ash gourd

Thiamine and niacin are found in ash gourd.It is rich in potassium.It helps control blood pressure.It helps treat respiratory troubles like asthma.It helps treat urinary disease like kidney stones.Above all it is rich in water that makes it a good nutritious food in summer.


3.Bitter gourd

Bitter gourd is an anti-infectious vegetable.It cures  boils . It prevents rashes.Fungal infection is recovered by eating of bitter gourd. High blood pressure or diabetes can be controlled .


4.Bottle gourd

It is rich in water which helps one hydrate .Stomach problem can be reduced with the eating of bottle gourd.Acidity will be vanished.Sodium helps removal of fatigue.


5.Gourd

Gourd is rich in vitamin A which helps cure skin disease.Doctors advise diabetics patients to eat pumpkin as it is considered to aid stimulate the pancreas and secretion of insulin.It helps controls blood-pressure.It keeps the digestive system proper.It is also known for diuretic element.


6.Kohlrabi

Kohlrabi contains potassium and Ascorbic Acid in rich quantity.


7.Mushrooms

Although there are different types of mushrooms are all season food, summer is the best season for chanterelles and porcinis Mushrooms.Fiber,sodium, potassium, riboflavin and niacin are found in high level in Mushrooms.


8.Ridged gourd

If you want no acidity ,you should have eaten ridged gourd.If you want your sugar level under control,you should have taken ridged gourd.If you want pure blood in summer season,you need eat ridged gourd.


9.Shallots

Shallots are from the same family of vegetables as  garlic and onions.  Shallots contain anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic substances.It is the best substitute for onion.It is rich in antioxidant which causes to reduce the risk of cancer.Liver cancer or colon cancer can best be treated with this type of vegetable.Heart disease and diabetes are also get relief with this natural medicine.


10.Zucchini

Looking like cucumber,Zucchini is a good source of omega-3 fatty acid.It contains minerals like magnesium,manganese,copper,phosphorous and potassium in rich quantity.There is also plenty of vitamins in rich level in zucchini like vitamin A,Vitamin B,Vitamin C and foliate.
